A Parker job starts with demo. The old fence comes out on day one and leaves on our trailer, and we can take other yard junk while we’re there. Posts go in the same day, then framing, then boards, gates, and upgrades like a top cap. The crew hauls off every bit of debris it makes.
Large Lots and Long Fence Runs
Parker keeps its lots big. Most homes out here sit on real acreage, with the house set well back from the road and open ground on every side. A full perimeter runs into the hundreds of feet. That is a long fence line before you count a single gate.
On many Parker lots there is no neighbor’s fence to tie into. The whole run is yours. With fewer houses and fences breaking up the wind, more of that run takes weather straight on. In May 2024, hail and 80 mile per hour winds crossed Collin County, and fences went down with them.
On a long run, the post is the fence. Depth and spacing matter more here than on a tight subdivision lot. Wind gets a clean shot at an open lot, and a post set shallow is the one that gives up first. Ask any bid what the posts are made of and how deep they go. Two quotes rarely match on that answer.
A long run can push a job past our usual two to three days. You get the schedule before we start, not after. You hear from us at least once a week, including while the job is still in the queue. We text when material is scheduled, and again the day before. When the utility companies come out to mark buried lines, you get a heads up so the gates are unlocked and nobody is surprised by strangers in the yard.

Parker Road runs straight through the middle of the city, and we drive it most weeks. Dillehay Drive, Hogge Road and Park Boulevard get us to the rest. City Hall sits at 5700 E. Parker Road, near the middle of it all.
